What about my pets?
We love furry family members! Our cleaners are pet-friendly and trained to work safely around animals. If your pet is anxious around strangers or cleaning equipment, we suggest placing them in a separate area during the service. Be sure to let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Who does Alomo Cleaning Services hire to clean my home?
We carefully select and vet all of our cleaning professionals through background checks, in-person interviews, and hands-on training. Each technician is insured, bonded, and trained in our proven cleaning methods to ensure quality, consistency, and professionalism.
Do I need to tip my cleaning technician?
Tipping is completely optional but always appreciated. If you feel your technician has gone above and beyond, a tip is a great way to show your appreciation. You can tip in cash or add it to your digital payment—whichever is most convenient for you.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a public holiday, we’ll contact you ahead of time to reschedule at a time that works best for you. We’re happy to find an alternative date that keeps your home clean without disrupting your plans.
Will the initial cleaning take longer?
Yes, your first cleaning typically takes a bit longer than recurring services. This allows us to perform a more detailed deep clean and set a strong foundation for future visits. After the initial session, regular cleanings are quicker and more efficient.
Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned?
No, you don’t need to be home unless you prefer to be. Many of our clients provide us with secure entry instructions so we can clean while they’re away. We take your trust seriously and treat every home with care and respect.
Will you send the same cleaning technician each time?
We do our best to send the same technician or team for each visit to maintain consistency and comfort. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we’ll notify you and send another trusted, trained member of our team who’s familiar with your preferences.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
We accept multiple forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets. Payment is typically processed after the service is completed. For recurring services, we can set up automatic billing to make things even easier.
