  • Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Access to Property: You are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the property. If we cannot access the premises at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.

  • Pricing: Prices are provided during booking based on service type and property size.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and approved online payment systems.

  • Due Date: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Late Payments: Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or service suspension.

  • We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

  • Refunds are issued only if we are unable to resolve the concern with a re-clean.
